I gather eight fine copper wires by hand, alternating a few smooth and a few hand-textured with a diamond-cut pattern, then bind them side by side so they hold their shape as one band. Each end gets its own coiled wrap before I set the rounded cap that part alone takes longer than people expect.

Copper's been worn close to the skin for thousands of years, long before anyone called it wellness. People come back to it the way they come back to something that's simply always worked for them.
